Registration terms
1. General provisions
These terms govern registration for and participation in training organised by Ra&Ra Medical OÜ. By registering, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
2. Registration
You may register on our website, by email or by another agreed method. We send a registration confirmation and any additional course information. Participant numbers may be limited by the course content and practical training arrangements.
3. Payment
Payment is by invoice unless otherwise agreed. Invoices must be paid by their due date. If you select payment at the venue, payment is in cash before the course starts. Registration is finally confirmed after the confirmation is sent or the invoice is paid, depending on the course arrangements. If a company or third party pays, the person registering is responsible for providing correct billing details.
4. Cancellation and changes
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the course starts, your course fee will be refunded. For later cancellations or non-attendance, the fee is not refundable. Where possible, you may choose another course date or send a replacement participant. Contact koolitus@raramedical.ee to make changes. Please notify us of a replacement participant before the course starts. Ra&Ra Medical OÜ may change the schedule, venue or arrangements and will inform participants as soon as possible. We may postpone or cancel a course if the group is too small or other circumstances prevent it from taking place. If we cancel and the alternative date is unsuitable, the paid course fee will be refunded.
5. Participation
Participants must follow the instructor’s guidance, respect other participants and observe safety instructions during practical exercises.
6. Completion and certificates
For English-language basic courses, study materials are sent separately by email after registration and must be reviewed before practical training. For Estonian-language basic courses, online learning access is created automatically and instructions are emailed after registration; online learning must be completed before practical training. Completion requirements are set out in the course curriculum. When the learning outcomes and completion conditions are met, we email a certificate within three working days after the practical day, provided payment has been made and required independent or online study has been completed. If the completion conditions or learning outcomes are not met, a confirmation of attendance is issued.
7. Personal data
Ra&Ra Medical OÜ processes personal data according to applicable law and its privacy policy.
